Print books in the USA or Canada:
My books are available for special order at more than 600 Barnes & Noble stores nationwide. You may order them in-person for pick-up or delivery, or online at www.bn.com. As of this writing they do not stock them "on the shelf."
Also, any Mom & Pop (local) bookstore can request a "print-on-demand" book from the printer, Lightning Source, a division of IngramSpark, if they have that capability (please inquire). Please support your local bookstore!
In the Seattle area my books are carried on the shelf at Third Place Books currently at two of their three locations, Seward Park, 5041 Wilson Ave South, or Lake Forest Park, 17171 Bothell Way NE, #A101. I'll update this blog when their Ravenna Boulevard location begins to carry them.
