Missing ebooks?

I've been hearing from people that they cannot find the ebook versions of my novels anywhere. I can't find them either, even though they were published on September 13th! I've contacted IngramSpark (the printer) only to learn that although the ebooks have their own ISBN number, I'm told that it will take thirty DAYS for the "metadata" to make its way to the various retailers, and until they have that "metadata" nothing can be done. 30 DAYS! What is metadata you ask? I have no idea. It's all Greek to me. We can only wait to see what happens, and when. Sorry.
